Assuming, that (ordered by importance):
- the girl has email
- the girl has (at least) little knowledge of programming
- can execute python code,

just write her a letter including python code resp. a poem consisting of 
(running?) python code (remember poetry as literature where not only the 
content, but also the outer appereance matters). Maybe she'll 
understand. To demonstrate her attraction, put the same code in perl 
into the mail and say that all others girls look that way.
