ANN: Rekall V2.1.0 beta3

Rekall V2.1.0 beta3 for Windows and KDE are ready for download. If all goes
well this will be the final beta. All that is left to do is to update the
User Manual.

Here is a breakdown of the latest additions. 

We have added an opion so that the tab key can be used to cycle around form
controls without changing the current record. There is an option to get
Rekall to confirm record insertions, updates, and deletions. The 'Null OK'
property is set automatically depending on the database if the database
displays a column. Lots of bug fixes

What is Rekall?

Rekall is the only viable alternative to MS Access. It is a programmable,
database client. Rekall allows the user to build complete self contained
database applications in a similar manner to MS Access.
