Can't u download the cvs version?

Do this:

# cvs -d :pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/boa-constructor login

now press Enter

# cvs -z3 -d :pserver:anonymous at cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/boa-constructor co boa
