Thinking about the idea, I realized that my use case for "reversed"
would be very very little: definitely, not enough to justify a new
built-in. OTOH, I would not be opposed to empowering "enumerate"
which I use all the time. Something like
enumerate(iterable,'reversed')
or variations.
