RealPlayer and Python

Does anybody now more about this? Is the Python binding freeware and
downloadable?

I want to access RealPlayer on Windows from Python without having
to use COM. What I need to be able to do is open a video clip
(mpeg-1, mpeg-2 or mpeg-4 will do) and seek to different positions in the
clip, play and stop.
