Prothon is switching to the .NET platform

Yeah, I wasn't interested in Prothon until I saw this - it really
didn't offer me anything to switch from Python, but maybe this does,
although I expect I'll prefer IronPython, as it's "real" Python, not
"kinda" Python....

Hey with any luck, @decorators won't be implemented in Prothon.NET ;-)
