Call for signatories for J2

   I suppose I should abstain since I haven't been able to generate enough
enthusiasm for or against J2. I have opinions about the option but they
haven't really coalesced into a position. My preference was for list before
def due to its familiarity from IDL but have some appreciation for other
options.

   Neil
