curses class

Yo guys,

i've been looking into multiplatform console/terminal POS 
solution
using python+curses, but stopped on the learning curve 
curses poses
beautifully, and am now wondering if anyone has been 
making wonderful
class for making text-based dialog box, grid, choose list, 
window,
large-font, menu, and most of the spices that makes up a 
good terminal
based program?
