It's easy to tell: If you decide you're going to use CGI, it'll be
CGI.  If you decide against CGI, it won't be CGI <0.5 wink>.

Quite seriously, if you tell us *something* about your environment, we
might stand a chance of pointing you in the right direction.
Otherwise, how can anybody possibly know?
