You can pass these to the setup function in an 'option' dictionary:

setup(....
      options={"py2exe": {"ignores":
                          ["wx.BitmapFromImage", "wx.EmptyIcon"],
                          "includes": ["ActiveX_FlashWindow", "..."]}},
      ...)
