python + apache consulting needed

Does anyone know where I can find a consultant who can help me setup a
webserver with mod_python.
Currently I am receiving a VERY common error message.  I have searched
and searched for an answer and tried many things and at this point I am
willing to pay to get things completed.
 
The error I am receiveing is  
    python_handler: make_obcallback returned no obCallBack!
