I haven't had time to read the article myself yet but you might find

I've thought about Jython/J2EE myself in the past - but is this
actually true ? I know very little about J2EE - is it the case that a
.jar (or whatever) produced out of Jython can be used within J2EE ? If
there are online examples/articles describing this I'd be interested
to hear of them.
