WMI - invalid syntax error?

I ran it twice, first it worked, second time it didnt...
winmgmts:{impersonationLevel=Impersonate,authenticationLevel=Default}/root/cimv2
winmgmts:{impersonationLevel=Impersonate,authenticationLevel=Default}/root/cimv2

..but same moniker.  Something must be happening somewhere causing it
to get fouled up.  I'm gonna try on a different PC.
