I had this code lying about if it helps.  I don't know if it's even
correct but it's non-recursive!

def Binomial( n, k ):
    ret = 0
    if k == 0:
        ret = 1
    elif k > 0:
        a = range( n+1 )
        a[0] = 1
        for i in a[1:]:
            a[i] = 1
            for j in range(i-1,0,-1):
                a[j] = a[j] + a[j-1]
        ret = a[k]
    return ret
