Compiler benefits (was: The Industry choice)

Cameron, I agreed 100% percent with you. But I think that PyChecker should
be distributed with Python, but in an external module, as everybody has easy
access to it.

This, added to an official evangelization towards it, should eliminate a big
percentage of claims about not-static-Python.
