Your proposed grammar change says that you need a newline after the 
statement:

    statement
    with:
        suite

e.g.

    res = [ f(i) for i in objects ]
    with:
        def f(x):
            pass

or

    for i in objects:
        f(i)
    with:
        def f(x):
           pass
