Using SHFileOperation

SHFILEOPSTRUCT is just a tuple, with the elements
listed in docs.

from win32com.shell import shell, shellcon
shell.SHFileOperation((0, shellcon.FO_DELETE, 'somefilename', None, shellcon.FOF_ALLOWUNDO|shellcon.FOF_NOCONFIRMATION))
