Item #9 in the FAQ (http://www.sqlite.org/faq.html#q9) shows it as:

CREATE TABLE sqlite_master (
   type TEXT,
   name TEXT,
   tbl_name TEXT,
   rootpage INTEGER,
   sql TEXT
);
