There is some info on teaching computational physics at Rubin Landau's
site http://www.physics.orst.edu/~rubin/ .

Springer recently published the book "Python Scripting for
Computational Science" by Hans P. Langtangen .

Searching "computational physics" at Amazon returns some relevant
books.
