wxPython: accessing wxFrame methods in __del__ fails

Don't use __del__, use EVT_CLOSE

i.e.
self.Bind(wx.EVT_CLOSE, self.OnClose)

and

def OnClose(self, evt): 
x, y = self.GetPositionTuple()
