Why are there no ordered dictionaries?

Shame on me. I talked so much about the difference between "ordered" and 
"sorted" and now I wrote such a confusing sentence. You're right, C++ 
Maps are not an example for "ordered dictionaries", but for "sorted 
dictionaries".
