seeking python experts in San Diego

I'm starting a new venture in San Diego, creating mobile content.
The server will be written in Python and I am currently seeking good
developers who have both expertise in C, python, and understand how
to use such technologies to build a "Web 2.0" type application.
Anyone who follows Ousterhout's engineering manual will be accepted
without too many questions.
