Numeric RandomArray seed problem

Definition:     seed(x=0, y=0)
Docstring:
    seed(x, y), set the seed using the integers x, y; 
    Set a random one from clock if  y == 0


In [3]: seed(123,456)

In [4]: get_seed()
Out[4]: (123, 456)
