HTML library

Hi Folks,
 
Can someone point me in the direction of an html library that generates
html text for you. For example, if I had a tuple of tuples, I'd like a
function that would create a table for me. I've looked through the
standard library and it only seems to have html parsers. I need to go
the other way ;)
