pyparsing: crash on empty element

To indicate that a particular parse expression may be empty, pyparsing
includes the Optional element.

Change:
pp.delimitedList(withquotes | withoutquotes) + \

to:
pp.Optional( pp.delimitedList(withquotes | withoutquotes) ) + \

and I think this will have the desired effect.
