If you have no programming experience at all, I highly recomend "Non
Programmers Tutorial for Python" by Josh Cogliati:

This is how I got my feet wet with Python, and it's very easy to
follow.

I also recomend "A Byte of Python" by Swaroop:

Both ebooks are available in multiple formats and are free.
