Here you can get "true" random numbers (not pseudorandom, they claim
to use a quatum generaton (?)) by fetching them from:
http://random.irb.hr/
They give you a python class t insert into your code, but you need to
register to use it (free).
I am not affiliated to them in any way, I just used it once to play
with it and it worked.
