Release Highlights in Pydev Extensions:

* Code-analysis: Detects mixing of spaces and tabs.
* Code-analysis: Reimport not flagged when inside of try..except
ImportError.

* Fixed problems related to the pydev package explorer that appeared when
using java 1.6 (ConcurrentModificationException)
* Other minor bug-fixes
