the RewriteCond just needs the absolute path:

	RewriteEngine On
	# If its not here...
	RewriteCond /var/www/btsgroup.de/htdocs/%{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
	RewriteCond /var/www/btsgroup.de/htdocs/%{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
	# Look here instead...
	RewriteRule (.*) /py$1 [PT]
