"This mailing list" is actually a mail gateway of the Usenet
newsgroup, <URL:news:comp.lang.python>. The spammer you seem to be
referring to is posting via Google Groups; please see the header of
their messages to find the email address in the 'Complaints-To' field.

Their messages are an abuse of Google Groups's terms of service, and
Google will likely act on complaints that include a *full* copy of the
offending message.
