By the way, to get you completely hooked (I took a while to notice),
try adding the following to your soccer program:

     import visual

     <your functions and classes here>

     if __name__ == '__main__':
         visual.scene.stereo = 'passive'
         visual.scene.stereodepth = 1
         <your starting code here>
