looking for ocbc example

I am sure this is what I want:

but it is 404.

google isn't being nice.

Anyone know where I can find some simple examples?

I have used odbc in other environments, so just need to know what modules, and 
the lines to connect and execute a sql command.

It seems there are 2 odbc modules - pyOdbc and mxOdbc - anyone know the difference?
