You might want to take a look at:
    sqlobject http://www.sqlobject.org/
or
    sqlalchemy http://www.sqlalchemy.org/

These can assist in translating SQL query results into Python objects.

For generating the html forms and tables out of the sql results data
you
can try:
    genshi: http://genshi.edgewall.org/
    kid: http://www.kid-templating.org/
