I would recommend Qt, as it is cross-platform and can look native on
all systems. Opera, KDE, GoogleEarth, Acrobat, and lots of other
software are written in Qt.
A: Because it messes up the order in which people normally read text.
Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
