Something like:

pid = re.compile(r'Parcel ID: (\d+(?:-\d+)*)')
myurl = urllib.urlopen(url)
text = myurl.read()
myurl.close()
thenum = pid.search(text).group(1)

Although BeautifulSoup is the preferred solution.
