Have considered BeautifulSoup?
from BeautifulSoup import BeautifulSoup
from urlparse import urlparse
for a in BeautifulSoup(page)("a"):
try:
href = a["href"]
except KeyError:
pass
else:
url = urlparse(href)
if url.hostname == "mysite.com":
print href
