unable to print Unicode characters in Python 3

Hmm this works for me,

it's a self compiled version:

~ $ python3
Python 3.0 (r30:67503, Dec 29 2008, 21:35:15)
[GCC 4.2.4 (Ubuntu 4.2.4-1ubuntu3)] on linux2

"\N{EURO SIGN}".encode("ISO-8859-15") ## could be something but I'm
pretty sure I'm totally wrong on this
