Only in HTML commented line can sometimes not be ignored and is parsed 
depending on the time of the day (specifically the <!-- comment tag --> 
in a <style> tag is ignored; I mean, the comment is not ignored; and the 
proprietary <comment> tag which is only ignored on IE).
