You could try something like:
import traceback
NowCookie.load(savedCookie)
try:
savedCookie=NowCookie['Sectrum'].value # PROCESS CRASHES HERE
except:
print("Content-type:text/html\n\n")
traceback.print_exception(*sys.exc_info()) # PRINT WHATEVER ERROR
OCCURRED
quit()
