Greetings. Is there a way to get at the Computer Music Toolkit (CMT)
  http://www.ladspa.org/cmt/
functionality from Python (Python3 in my case) ?

Googling is confusing because of www.cmt.com and cmt-graph and
openscientist.lal.in2p3.fr/v9/cmt.html and pyAMISecure_and_cmt
and so on...
