mxODBC might well be what you are looking for,

Or you can use pyodbc
DBfile = '/path/*.mdb
conn = pyodbc.connect('DRIVER={Microsoft Access Driver
(*.mdb)};DBQ='+DBfile, autocommit=True)
cursor = conn.cursor()
