Access violation reading 0x00000010

Hi,
    everyone. I have a question when I invoke an api which is included a
library
open by CDLL. And then it will prompt the follow error:

libcommon.SIM_init()
WindowsError: exception: access violation reading 0x00000010
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What's the problem?
