PUT with proxy-support

The reason I can trace it is because,
I can use PUT on http://alatheia.zenfs.com/testing/shashwat but not on
http://alatheia.zenfs.com/ however host is resolved.
Again port 80 is used even when I use specific port (3128, in this case).
