A certain small subset of any group will always be emotionally driven.
However we should not concern ourselves with this sort of non-
objectivity. Some people make rash decisions not based in reality.
What we *should* concern ourselves with is fostering pure objectivity.
Because objectivity is the virtue of intelligent beings. Objectivity
fosters creativity of which progress is the direct progeny.
