WxPython versus Tkinter.

Its quite clear to everyone here that

Oh well I am interested, but with the condition that toolkit to be
accessible, however Tkinter is not.
Is it too much to expect from a "21st century snazzy-looking toolkit" to be
accessable to screen readers?
