Mac OS X 10.6.6 and MacPyhton 2.6 idle doesn't work

I took MacPython 2.6 from here:

http://www.python.org/ftp/python/2.6.6/python-2.6.6-macosx10.3.dmg


Also I downloaded Tcl/Tk from here http://www.kyngchaos.com/software/frameworks
to using the gis software Qgis....

May be here the issue?
