Extract Text Format Table Data

Hi,

I am trying to extract some data from a log file that outputs tables in text format. I've been trying to accomplish this for some time but without any luck. Hence, appreciate if any of you could help out.

Below is a just one block of table from the file. There will be many blocks like this in the log file.
