runtime error

Hi 


I just  minstalled python 3.1 on my windons XP SP3 


but on the start up I get the following error message:

Fatal Python error: Py_Initialize: can't initialize sys standard streams
ImportError: No module named encodings.utf_8

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.#
