autoconf error on Windows

Judging by the earlier "'sh' is not recognized as an internal or
external command, operable program or batch file." error message and
after scanning thru the, sounds like you need to have MinGW
( ) installed. FWICT, there don't seem to be any
current Windows binaries for PyCrypto.
