xlutils 1.7.0 released!

Hi All,

I'm pleased to announce the release of xlutils 1.7.1:

This release has a couple of small changes:

- Add support for time cells in when using View classes.

- Add support for ``.xlsx`` files when using View classes, at the
   expense of formatting information being available.
